Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Aravir Technologies Private Limited ("we") for using AdPe. By creating an account you accept them.

Who Can Use AdPe

You must be 18 or older, live in India, and use your own mobile number. One account per person and per mobile number.

Points

• You earn points by fully watching video ads and by viewing offer notifications for the time shown.
• Referrals: when a friend signs up with your referral code, you get the referral bonus once, after your friend has earned the minimum shown in the app from ads and offers. Referral codes work only for mobile numbers that are new to AdPe — never for a number that had an AdPe account before.
• Each ad can be rewarded only a limited number of times, and daily limits may apply. The points for each ad or offer are shown before you start.
• Points can only be redeemed for recharges in the app, at 1 point = ₹1. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or withdrawn.
• Points earned through fraud — automated tools, emulators, fake accounts or tampering with the app — will be removed and the account may be suspended.
• We may change how many points ads and offers pay, or the limits, at any time; points already in your wallet keep their value.

Recharges

• Check the number, operator and amount before you confirm. A successful recharge cannot be reversed, including one made to a wrong number.
• Recharges are carried out through our recharge partner and usually finish within minutes; some may take longer. If a recharge fails, the points are returned to your wallet.
• Minimum and maximum amounts and a daily limit on the number of recharges apply; they are shown in the app.
• If a recharge cannot be completed within 72 hours, it is cancelled and the points are returned to your wallet automatically.

Your Account

• Keep your phone and one-time codes private.
• Your date of birth and gender can be changed only by writing to support, and your pincode and state once every 30 days, because ads are targeted with them.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (see Delete Your Account); unredeemed points are forfeited. A deleted number can sign up again only after 30 days.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse AdPe or break these terms.

Ads and Offers

Ads and offers come from third parties. We are not responsible for their products or websites; review their terms before you buy anything.

We do not accept ads for real-money games, betting or gambling, cryptocurrency, unlicensed lending, tobacco, alcohol, adult content, or anything illegal or misleading. Report an ad that breaks these rules to our Grievance Officer and we will remove it.

Complaints

Write to our Grievance Officer, Chandrasekhar Reddy Allareddy, at hello@aravir.in. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

AdPe is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the points in your wallet.

Changes and Law

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
