Delete Your Account

You can delete your AdPe account and personal data at any time.

In the App (Fastest)

1. Open AdPe and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.

By Email

If you can no longer open the app, email hello@aravir.in with the subject "Delete my AdPe account" and your registered mobile number. We may ask you to confirm that the number is yours, then delete the account within 7 days and reply to your email when it is done.

What Is Deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email, date of birth, gender, pincode, city and state.
• Your push-notification token and all signed-in sessions.
• Any unredeemed points (they cannot be recovered).
• Recharges you requested that were not yet sent to the operator are cancelled first, and their points refunded before the balance is cleared.

What Is Kept

Records of points earned and recharges made, with no name attached and recharged numbers masked to their last 2 digits, because they are needed for accounting. A one-way, keyed code made from your mobile number (not the number itself) is kept to stop fraud: the same number can sign up again only after 30 days, and can never use a referral code. Copies in our encrypted backups are deleted within 30 days.
